Connective Development is a consulting and advisory firm founded in 2021 and dedicated to strategy execution services for mission-driven and public sector organizations.

It's not enough to have a strategy; the hard part is implementing a strategy.  With years of experience in strategy management consulting, our founder John Cornwell recognized this gap and founded the firm to address this need.

We work with clients to articulate, plan, execute, and institutionalize their strategy.

Our work with mission-driven nonprofits brings us a sense of purpose and meaning. Over time we expanded to work with public sector clients.

We are advisors, consultants, and interim executives for mission-driven and public sector organizations struggling to achieve growth through realization of strategy.

John Cornwell (Founder, Principal) has 20 years of experience in strategy: development, planning, alignment, and execution.

He has worked with non-profit, public sector and for-profit clients across healthcare, higher education, technology, and telecom as an advisor and interim exec.

His business storytelling program has over 1,200 graduates.
